Our scope of care includes but is not limited to:<br \/><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><b>CHILDCARE PROVIDER SUPPORT: <\/b><\/span>QCCN affiliates with licensed family-based childcare providers seeking professional development, technical assistance, resources, and connections that strengthen their program quality and sustainability.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><b>CHILDCARE SUBSIDY ACCESS:<\/b><\/span> Our team helps families with the application process, explaining the eligibility criteria for each program, and required documentation to access affordable childcare.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><b>CACFP SPONSOR: <\/b><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Through the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), QCCN helps our childcare programs access federal nutrition funding, supporting healthy meals, provider training, monitoring, and reimbursement.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><b>WIC AWARENESS: <\/b><\/span>As part of the WIC CIAO Project, QCCN assists eligible pregnant and postpartum parents to enroll in the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program so they can maximize the nutritional benefits available to them.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><b>SOCIAL CARE NAVIGATION: <\/b><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In partnership with Public Health Solutions WholeYouNYC and Staten Island PPS (SIPPS)-Social Care Network, QCCN helps ensure Medicaid members receive effective referrals for medical care, nutrition, mental health, transportation, or housing assistance.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><b>CHILD WELLNESS INITIATIVE:<\/b><\/span> QCCN creates customized Developmental Support Plans for young children with concerns in behavior, communication, social-emotional skills, or physical development.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><b>PROMOTING INTERACTIVE TALK: <\/b><\/span>In partnership with LENA Grow, QCCN is strengthening language development through data-driven childcare provider coaching and enriched child engagement.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><b>COMMUNITY OUTREACH: <\/b><\/span>As part of the NYC Child Care Outreach &amp; Enrollment initiative, QCCN connects families in underserved communities to affordable, high-quality childcare through targeted outreach, education, and hands-on assistance.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2549874 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2549874\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.32);\">QCCN is dedicated to promoting equity and opportunities for vulnerable children and families.
